Usborne Books' 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Usborne accepts exchanges or returns for credit (consultant) or refund (customer) for up to 30 days after your purchase. After the 30 days has expired, Usborne accept merchandise for ½ price replacement.
That means, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Usborne Books purchase, simply return it to Usborne within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Usborne Books' Half Price Replacement Guarantee
Usborne also offers a ½ price replacement guarantee. During any length of time, if a title is damaged or destroyed in any way, it can be replaced for ½ of the retail price. No bookstore will replace a book for ½ price if your child colored on the pages or your dog chewed it up.
