Chick-Fil-A Usborne Books

You may have seen books that say Usborne Books on the cover but then there is also another company's name on the cover too such as Chick-Fill-A or McDonald's. The picture below shows an Usborne Book called Things that Float but there is also a Chick-Fil-A logo on the cover. That does not mean Usborne Books owns Chick-Fil-A or that Chick-Fil-A owns Usborne Books Publishing. It just means that Chick-Fil-A has an agreement with Usborne Books which allows them to produce some agreed titles and give away as promotional items.

In this case, Chick-Fil-A wanted to include Usborne Books (Things That Fly, Things that Float, and Things on Wheels) in their Kid's Meals. They choose the Usborne Publishing Explainers series as part of their Kid's Meal Program. This move was great for Chick-Fil-A because it showed parents that they cared about kids education. It is also good for Usborne Books to get more exposure.
